February Challenge in the Dragons Lair!!

We are a challenge blog that pride ourselves on being open to all levels of crafters, which is why we always pick our winner using a random number generator.

 This can be ANY ONE project interpreting the theme 'Hearts a-Flutter' in whatever way you are inspired! With it being Valentine month I am sure you will have some ideas...!!
